Objective: to evaluate efficacy, safety and tolerability of ketogenic diet in patients with treatment resistant GBM
Inclusion criteria
- Age 18-65
- Astrocytoma grade 4 (glioblastoma multiforme)
- GBM recurrence or progression after surgical resection/debulking, radiation and temozolamide
- Karnovsky Performance Score
